Duncan joined the club in 2024 after a 30 year gap from bowls during which he didn't pick up a wood. He saw an advert for the Big Bowls Bash and knew it was time to trade in his running trainers for bowls shoes.Despite being a lifelong Leeds fan it was a huge highlight for him to make his debut for Lancashire in the Middleton Cup in 2025 and help defeat Yorkshire.
